Overview
OneMoreTouch is operated by 217 Studios LLC. There are no accounts and no logins. Most of the site is informational and you can read it without giving us anything. Two things do involve your data: making a tip or supporter payment, and using the footwork analyzer. This page says exactly what happens in each case.
Card details never reach us
All payments are taken on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. Your card number never touches OneMoreTouch's servers and we never see it, store it, or log it.
What we collect, and why

Who else sees your email
We do not sell your data, ever. We share it only with the services needed to do the thing you asked for:
- Stripe — our payment processor. Takes the payment, holds the customer and card record, and may email you its own receipt.
- paymentRail — a payment service operated by 217 Studios LLC that sits between this site and Stripe. It creates the customer record that carries your email.
- Google — analytics only, and only if you consented.
- Amazon Web Services — hosting and storage.
If you tip without giving an email, we have no way to identify you and none is stored.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only if you allow them, and you can change your mind at any time from the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Every cookie we set is listed in our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it

Footwork analysis (CounterIntel)
The footwork analyzer lets you upload a short video. If you use it:
- Why: the clip is processed only to produce your analysis (step counts, cadence, footage quality) and show it back to you.
- We keep nothing. Both the video and the analysis are automatically deleted within about a day. We do not build a library of clips, and we do not keep your results to train on. Nothing is sold or shared.
- Your consent: you acknowledge this before uploading, and you should only upload clips you have the right to share.
Accessing or deleting your data
Email 217 Studios LLC and we will tell you what we hold and delete it on request. Two honest caveats:
- Stripe and paymentRail hold their own copies of your customer and payment records, and keep them under their own legal retention obligations. Deleting our copy does not delete theirs; we will tell you what remains.
- We may need to keep the payment record itself for the retention period above, because a completed financial transaction is a record we are expected to be able to produce.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
